Freshly 30 year old veteran gay video performer PHENIX SAINT – who told me he did the videos “just for the money” – has left the biz in an official retirement. No, he won’t “unretire” in 6 months, he says he’s VERY sure of that.
The well muscled, goateed performer – well known for his mostly topping skills and “ring of fire” piercing – surprisingly has some business college background and vows “to make it big working with Kickstarter and other venture capital groups” focusing on “high profile, ethical projects”.
Cody aka Phenix assures me that he wishes his legion of fans well, and that “they should keep watching and renting or buying my videos, I do get some residuals on some of them”. Well spoken, charming and sophisticated, the former Saint says “watch me rise again just like the Phenix of my screen name” – this time, in a whole new career in venture capital strategizing.

Mark Wilson is the screen name and invented persona of a 48 year old former Baptist minister from North Carolina who was ALLEGEDLY defrocked from the ministry and obliged to temporarily relocate to Atlanta, Georgia. My private investigator has researched this man extensively in light of Wilson’s inexplicable and well documented history of relentless defamation, slander and attempted identity theft involving me and my screen and legal names, and brand identity. He’s discovered that Wilson, while in Atlanta several years ago as a transient, managed to ingratiate himself using his masculine charms with a lonely older man who was persuaded to make Wilson the main beneficiary of his will. With the proceeds of his former boyfriend’s estate, Wilson was able to create GREAT ATLANTIC MEDIA GROUP, which has been determined to be a shell corporation for what’s actually a server farm located in San Diego, CA out of which the so-called “Gorgeous Boys Online Entertainment Network” is run.
Mark Wilson purports to be an agent, producer, publicist and Web entrepreneur while failing to reveal his actual background, which has ZERO competence or proven skills in those areas. Interestingly, in late 2009 Wilson in the guise of friendship offered a business association including a staff writing position on his main site under the rubric “Kruezer Trade”. As part of this proposed business affiliation, Wilson urged me in writing – in emails given to our private investigator as well as law enforcement – to transfer my main site to his servers.
Aided and abetted by DeWayne in San Diego, a bitter rival, Wilson’s actual goal soon became clear, which was to data mine my site and web emails for any damaging information he could find. Unknown to Wilson, I was immediately suspicious of his motives and about the sincerity of his new-found friendship, and set up what’s known as a “honey pot” full of legitimate-looking information including emails, to see just how far he was willing to go in this outrageous deception.
Wilson quickly reverted to form following the collapse of this malicious “theft by deception” gambit, and started impersonating me or what he believes to be extant family members on Facebook and Twitter, among other social networks. Wilson has also purchased and set up websites full of the worst kind of fact-free innuendo, slander and fabrications masquerading as facts on 2 different websites using my screen name or a variation of it, clearly with the intention of misdirection, confusion and loss of business to me.
Earlier this year, Wilson went so far as to call a screencap from one of his sites – used for commentary and analysis as explicitly provided for in the DMCA “fair use” provision – a “copyright claim” with my former webhost whose incredibly inept and unfair policy is to accept any copyright claim as valid and take down the hosted site in its entirety without any exception for “fair use”. Wilson boasted that he “got rid of Damon for good” but was considerably embarrassed and humiliated to see this site and our associated KAN.com site immediately go live on other servers.
Interestingly, not long ago even The Sword’s Zach Sire was outraged by Mark Wilson publicly “outing” former gay megastar MASON WYLER as being HIV+ on grounds of “the public good”, which understandably outraged Wyler as well as Sire. Clearly, Wyler’s HIV status is none of Wilson’s business and not a legitimate concern, but it’s typical of Wilson’s painting of himself as a “crusader for the right” as a way to legitimize his grabs for cheap publicity for his struggling website network on the backs of those like Wyler and myself who have been active in the industry and online for up to a decade before anyone ever heard of the person calling himself “Mark Wilson”. Wilson and his sites are never mentioned or linked on The Sword or associated sites – and with good reason. Commendation is due Zach Sire for this.
Mark Wilson claims to have an office in the Coca Cola Building in Atlanta, but investigation has revealed this simply to be a mail drop. In actuality, Wilson runs the “Gorgeous Boys Entertainment Network” off of his kitchen table in his sparsely furnished studio apartment in a less-than-desirable section of an Atlanta suburb, where he continues to try and realize his ambitions based partly on delusions of grandeur and partly on taking cheap shots to get publicity for his struggling sites featuring C listers and also-rans.
Two staff members prominently featured in 2009 mysteriously disappeared without a trace, and two gay video stars optioned by Wilson to serve his business and presumably personal needs also came and went within a few months. Currently his network consists of mostly aggregator sites recycling older or slightly repurposed content, with very little if any original content. Apparently Wilson makes a minimal income via the click-through Flash-based ads, with which his sites are so heavily clogged they’re notorious for slowing down user sytems and even causng browser crashes far more often than competing sites.
Wilson claims I’m not a journalist or talent agent, despite the fact I’m a published writer and have had, and currently have, signed legal contracts with a number of models and publications in gay media. Wilson offers no factual verification for any of his slanderous claims against me, has never explained his passionate negativity towards me on any basis, and despite constant promises to “reveal Damon’s criminal actions” is unable to offer any link to, or actionable evidence supporting, any actual criminal or civil proceeding currently on file or in process against me, since no such cases exist despite Wilson’s shrill insistence that they do. Another outrageous lie piled on his other falsehoods and misrepresentations.
Wilson’s websites falsely represent he’s a major figure in gay media, when in fact not one of his sites has ever been nominated for – much less won – any industry award, and none are ever mentioned or linked by the Top Ten gay entertainment sites.
Mark Wilson’s true motives may be speculated upon, but there’s no doubt his intent is to cause me business loss, and loss of prestige and standing in the gay media and journalistic communities. This includes his provably “tortious interference” in my business activities using his impersonations, innuendo, and 2 websites wrongly trading on my name, and falsely misrepresented as having any relevant or factual content when in fact they are nothing more than tawdry hate sites that we believe are in violation of a number of State and Federal laws.
With all this in mind – Today I am announcing the active pursuit of all appropriate legal, reputation management and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) remedies to curtail Mark Wilson’s illicit, immoral and unethical use of “Big Lie” and obfuscation techniques. The question remains what his actual motive is to pursue such a hate campaign for nearly 4 years, and it’s our belief that he’s been hired and paid to do this by rivals within the gay media industry and by operatives of a shadowy Government agency desirous of having a chilling effect on our message and activities.
Whatever his motives may be, the time has come to draw a line and establish a legal precedent, with the Mason Wyler – Zach Sire situation being strong evidence on our side of what we intend to prove as Wilson’s reckless, defamatory and arguably illegal misrepresentations, slander, defamation and tortious interference.

Private investigators and new interviews have allegedly uncovered several strong, substantial and verifiable links between the current Penn State / Jerry Sandusky sex scandal and the 2005 disappearance of then D.A. Raymond Gricar, who initially was handed the case in 1998 for investigation and possible prosecution.
We believe the links to other individuals – some in high places – combined with the highly self-protective and cult-like football culture of Penn State was sufficient to motivate D.A. Gricar’s disappearance as a deliberate and malicious act specifically intended to forestall any further judicial inquiry into molestation claims, as well as the likelihood of human trafficking by a highly organized ring.
Gricar’s laptop was found miles away in 2005 with its hard drive in an unrecoverable state. His car was also found in a highly questionable status, reeking of cigarette smoke even though Gricar was a non-smoker.
Until this year, Gricar’s sudden and still unsolved disappearance effectively ended any further inquiry into claims of serial sexual molestation at Penn State, and it’s our belief that Gricar’s 2005 disappearance, the murder of Cobra Video owner Bryan Kocis in a nearby area of Pennsylvania in 2007, and the current appellate court status of murder defendant Harlow Cuadra are all inextricably linked.

I’m very happy for Mark Wilson nowadays. As CEO of Great Atlantic Media Group and godfather of a number of competing websites, he’s devoted many days of effort to trash talking about us and doing all he can to marginalize us, even trying to “slant” the SEO Google rankings.
But it seems he’s got religion judging from this shocking and revealing email, in which Mark Wilson ‘fesses up, admits his mistakes, and vows to move on beyond the gay on gay discrimination that’s so obsessed him for years. I guess Wilson realized his hate campaign just wasn’t working, what with my increasing hit count and ever growing legion of Twitter followers – many in high places.
So Markie Mark’s done the manly thing, which is to pull out before the ultimate climax, give back/redirect what was always my intellectual property, stop trying to confuse and misdirect people, and just focus on what this Georgia peach does best – which is to act as a content aggregator for a number of ho-hum, been there/done that sites such as the recent JASON PITT plain vanilla site rollout, and let THE KRUEZER do what I do best, years before anyone ever heard of Mark Wilson: Provide unfiltered news and views about gay culture, gay media and the gay video industry with sources and investigative insights like no other. There really can be only one.

A former A lister who has directly and repeatedly financially benefited from DAMON’s introductions has now inexplicably chosen to get involved in a matter none of his business or concern. Shockingly, he’s been making explicit, publicly posted, repeated and well documented threats of physical violence against DAMON including death threats to be carried out by his alleged underworld friends. Law enforcement is on notice, watching closely and reviewing daily input from private security on perimeter patrol in Silverlake and at our family’s Brooksby residence. Amazingly, he’s even being egged on by what our attorney calls “a murder plot by conspiracy similar to the Corrigan-Kocis-Cuadra case”. Can this once great star be pulled back from the brink of self-destruction in a battle not his own before our attorney’s and P.I. recommendation for strong preventative action via law enforcement is put into effect?
Could there be a pattern of erratic, possibly PTSD-based behavior based on this same star’s well documented similar hate campaigns against a former business partner, paramour, and even a lease holder, all of whom are in contact with DAMON, his P.I. and our attorney? Does this man and his enablers actually believe he can make threats of violence and try to intimidate us with impunity when in fact he’s merely strengthening our resolve to prevail as we have always prevailed against 3 similar haters in the past decade, for the sake of justice, the First Amendment, and our right to be free of tortious interference and libel?

A serious, well financed “black ops” scheme intended to cause serious physical harm – or even death – to DAMON has been uncovered. Remarkably similar in logistics and motivation to the notorious murder of Cobra Video’s BRYAN KOCIS in January 2007 by an obsessed rival, we’ve carefully documented who the conspirators are, what they’ve said or implied, both publicly and privately, and how a formerly A list model has been ensnared in their sinzfull schemes.
Our private security and P.I. network is on high alert, and local, State and Federal law enforcement organizations (LEOs) have been advised, with accompanying datapacks documenting who these potentially violent domestic terrorists are. This is a very serious situation that has clearly snowballed out of control, with the former combat Marine turned gay video star at the apparent forefront of this nefarious plot.
The murderous anti-DK plotters – by their own private communications shared with us by one of them “no longer on the same page” and revulsed at how out of control this situation has become – are clearly hoping to use this unbalanced model, obsessed with clearing his name from what he’s been convinced is a negative association, as their patsy and fall guy and then abandon him and disclaim any connection after the bloody deed is done.

All of us here in Silverlake are observing the 10 year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks with solemnity, respect and concern.
The 2,977 deaths of the innocent victims can never be forgotten or minimized, although we also hope that the new surveillance society and endless war state that they give birth to will soon be modified and scaled back as the awareness of Osama Bin Laden’s failed ideology takes hold in the wake of the Arab Spring movement for democracy and against dictatorship – secular or religious.
DAMON will now prepare to set out on our return trip to New York City tomorrow and later this week, Providence RI as our work on assignment for our clients moves forward, and as the power of the underworld is clearly seen as being limited, sporadic and in the end, futile and without meaning.
Clearly some of our recent posts, Twitter feeds and Facebook entries have bothered certain people with a lot to hide and a lot to be ashamed of to the point where they felt outright hacking was justified from their twisted and malicious perspective.
You know that we’re doing the job our clients pay us to do when the targets of our well justified commentary, analysis or criticism become so consumed by jealousy, guilt and shame they stoop to such reprehensible and heinous tactics.
Fortunately the web engineers at our host quickly remedied the problem when notified, and put in place strong new security measures that effectively firewall this blog off from any further tampering attempts, and put its PHP shells in a tamper-proof lockbox.
In addition to the phenomenon of a man we deeply respect, William aka “Tommysocks”, leaving the building and depriving us of his well informed commentary on the internecine rivalries and scandalous plots rivaling the intrigues of the Borgias within gay media, this latest attempt to restrict or abridge our First Amendment rights, and rights of commerce, is only too graphic a proof of the lengths to which certain evildoers will stoop.
Sinzfull actions aside, we have analyzed how the hacking was done via insertion of certain PHP shells, and traced their origin despite attempts to confuse or misdirect our probes, and we believe we have identified the perpetrator of this hacking outrage.
This person’s actions and the evidence collected will now be presented to our attorney who after vetting will refer it to the appropriate authorities so that the proper judicial and administrative procedure can be followed.
Let no one forget just how deep the Machiavellian anti-competitive plotters go, and the depths to which they sink – all the while accusing us of the very crimes they so brazenly – and now provably – perpetrate.
